We collect and store any contact information you provide through our contact us form and newsletter opt-in form on this website. We also collect and store the information you provide on any of our online forms for any of our services and/or products. We use this information strictly to contact you in connection with the sale of our product(s). We will never share or sell any information you provide through this Website that we collect or use such information to send marketing emails to you or other promotional materials unless you have purchased products or opted in for updates from our newsletter opt-in formWe do not store any credit card or bank account information you submit on this Website to pay any invoice we may send to you as an existing customer. We store any data you submit and that we collect in our host server databases we control through our host provider account (Bluehost) and/or through our MailChimp CRM & contact management dashboard through WordPress. We store all data for no more than three (3) years.

Anyone under the age of 18 is expressly prohibited from submitting or posting any information on this Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information of anyone under the age of 18 and do not intend that any materials contained on this Website are directed to or targeted towards children under the age of 13.

We use the MailChimp CRM & contact management web-application to manage our invoice and customer relationship system, and for any email/SMS marketing services. (MailChimp is compliant with Privacy Shield Principles and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.) We do not participate in any ad networks or have any advertising partners and do not use cookies to show you targeted ads on this Website or on any other website. Our Third-Party Service Providers & Plug-Ins That Collect Your Data

We use third-party service providers including PayPal to process customer payments, Bluehost and WooCommerce to host this Website and Vimeo.com to provide videos to you. In the course of providing these services and/or products to us, such third parties may sometimes have limited access to information collected on this Website, including some of your Identity Information, used for the purposes of providing the services to you in operation of this Website. Vimeo does collect data on your visits to this website, such as which pages you view.

We currently do not share any information we collect through your use of this Website with any third-party SEO or marketing consultants or partners.

We do not outsource customer file support or administrative functions that may expose your personal information to any third-parties.
